How Is the Apostolic Assembly Growing?

The Global Growth Vision Manual is specifically designed for pastors of the Apostolic Assembly to help them lead and manage the growth of their local churches, focusing on key aspects of church expansion.
This manual outlines two key elements and four fundamental pillars that shape the future of our movement:
THE JESUS STRATEGY
1. Evangelism: Proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ in small groups.
2. Discipleship: Forming strong and committed believers who grow in faith and purpose.
HEALTHY LEADERSHIP AND CONGREGATIONS
1. Healthy Leadership: Developing leaders who operate with integrity, collaborate effectively, and depend on the Holy Spirit.
2. Healthy Local Congregations: Strengthening vibrant, well-organized congregations with a culture of love and guided by the Holy Spirit.
When these elements work together under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the church flourishes, believers grow, and the Kingdom of God advances with power.
Our practical goal is for every church to experience consistent growth of at least seven percent annually. More importantly, this growth must come from mature disciples, healthy leaders, and strong local congregations, all empowered by the grace and power of the Holy Spirit.
This manual is more than a book; it is a pastoral tool designed to support you in your sacred calling to build a church that embodies the vision: cell-based, healthy, growing, and filled with the Holy Spirit.
